The following terms and conditions, including the contact form and any written communication (such as emails) between the customer and Yellow Plum Ltda, constitute a contractual agreement. By making a reservation by phone or online, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all of these conditions.
Reservation payment
To secure a booking with Yellow Plum Ltda, each traveler must make a 100% deposit. The payment link will be provided when you begin the booking process.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be valid once received and accepted by Yellow Plum Ltda.
In case of cancellation made 31 days or more before the start of the reservation, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid, deducting only the administrative fee.
