Sailing to the Grey Glacier is one of the must-do excursions during your visit.
to Torres del Paine National Park. This 3-hour trek is made through
aboard the vessel “Grey III” and allows us to enjoy an incomparable landscape
composed of floating icebergs, lush vegetation and imposing mountains.
With us you can sail in a comfortable and modern boat towards the
Grey Glacier, where you will see spectacular views of radiant blue ice, icebergs
floating in the grey water, feeling the Patagonian wind on their faces, and sharing a
unique and unforgettable experience. Not only will you enjoy the view of the glacier, but
also views of Cerro Paine Grande, the Paine Massif, forests on the edge of the lake,
hills of stratified rocks, and snow-capped peaks that reach the clouds. With
lucky you will see and hear pieces of ice break off the glacier and fall into the
water.

With us, you'll sail aboard a comfortable, modern vessel toward the Grey Glacier, where you'll see spectacular views of radiant blue ice, icebergs floating in the gray water, feel the Patagonian wind on your face, and share a unique and unforgettable experience. You'll not only enjoy the view of the glacier, but also views of Cerro Paine Grande, the Paine Massif, forests at the edge of the lake, stratified rock peaks, and snow-capped peaks that reach the clouds. With luck, you'll see and hear pieces of ice break off the glacier and fall into the water.

Reservations and Terms of Service – Yellow Plum Ltda

The following terms and conditions, including the reservation form and any written communications (such as emails) between the client and Yellow Plum Ltda, constitute a contractual agreement. By making a reservation by phone or online, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms and conditions.


Payment of the Reservation

To secure a reservation with Yellow Plum Ltda, each traveler must meet the following requirements:

  • Make a deposit of 50% of the total value of the program.

  • Complete and submit the following mandatory forms:

    • Contact and health form

    • Liability waiver

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid 70 days prior to the trip. The reservation will not be considered confirmed until Yellow Plum Ltda. receives the deposit and the requested documentation. Once the initial payment is received, a detailed invoice will be sent with the total amount and the outstanding balance.

If you book less than 70 days in advance, it is considered a last-minute reservation, and you must pay 100% of the total amount within 48 hours to confirm your spot. Until full payment is received, your spot is not guaranteed and may be subject to changes or additional fees.

Mandatory Travel Insurance

Since our trips take place in remote areas, it is mandatory to have personal insurance that covers:

  • Medical and hospital care

  • Accidents, injuries or death

  • Trip cancellation and reduction

  • Repatriation and evacuation

Make sure your insurance doesn't exclude the activities you'll be participating in (trekking, horseback riding, etc.). Yellow Plum Ltda. is not responsible for medical costs or evacuation in the event of an emergency. We will act in accordance with protocols, but the expense is the traveler's responsibility.

Yellow Plum Ltda does not carry liability insurance. It cannot assume responsibility for incidents related to the traveler's conduct, equipment, animals (in the case of horseback riding), or situations caused by third parties. All travelers must sign a liability waiver before the trip.
Health Condition
All participants must be in good physical and mental health. The health form must be completed and submitted with the initial deposit. This allows us to plan a safe experience appropriate to your abilities.
Passports and Visas
Travelers are responsible for keeping their passport valid for at least two months after the program end date. They are also responsible for arranging any visas or other documents required to enter Chile.
Personal belongings
Yellow Plum Ltda is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, whether before, during or after the trip.

Cancellations and Refunds

o Individuals (1–6 passengers): free of charge up to 15 days before. Then, 100% of
o Groups (7 or more): Free of charge up to 30 days before. After that, 100% charge.
o Suspensions due to weather
If the navigation is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will refund the value of the
activity according to the operator's policies.
o Reservations and payments
The reservation is confirmed upon payment by the indicated deadline. If payment is not made on time,
the quotas are released automatically.
o Guides and accompaniment
On group outings, we include experienced local guides to accompany you and
enrich your experience.
