How to book
1. Registration form: When requesting your reservation, complete the form with your personal information and that of the other passengers.
2. Reservation payment: We will send you a secure link to make the 100% payment as a guarantee of the reservation.
3. Final confirmation: Once the deposit is received, your quota is confirmed.
Reservations and Terms of Service Yellow Plum Ltda.
The following terms and conditions, including the contact form and any written communications (such as emails) between the client and Yellow Plum Ltda, constitute a contractual agreement. By making a reservation by phone or online, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms and conditions.
Payment of the reservation
To secure a reservation with Yellow Plum Ltda, each traveler must make a 100% deposit. The payment link will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and will be valid once received and accepted by Yellow Plum Ltda.
In the event of cancellation made 31 days or more before the start of the reservation, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid, minus only the administrative fee.
